The Technobox, Inc. P/N 7988 is designed to adapt a single-wide XMC card to a 16 lane PCI Express slot. The 7988 supports both P15 and P16 and allows access to PN4 signal via the adapter’s DIN connector. The A and C rows of a 96-pin DIN connector connect with PN4. This is a derivative part from P/N 5944 with VITA 61 XMC connectors instead of VITA 42 XMC connectors.
